QMAC 2021 Privacy Policy

By submitting the delegate application for QMAC 2021, you authorize the Queen's Marketing Association to review your application and decide whether you will be selected to attend QMAC 2021. If selected as a delegate, you consent for the Queen's Marketing Association to disclose your full name, email address, phone number, university, and/or year of graduation to sponsor companies of QMAC 2021 and other conference vendors as necessary. Your full name, university, and headshot (if uploaded) will be available during the event to Queen's Marketing Association executive members, sponsor companies, guest speakers, special guests, and other delegates of QMAC 2021.

We may collect your mailing address for purposes of sending sponsored products to you. Your mailing address will be shared with Canada Post, or an alternate courier as necessary, for purposes of delivery. Additionally, we may collect your date of birth for age verification purposes (some sponsored product may be restricted to delegates who are 19 years of age or older).

If you indicate a preference for which Mini Challenge sponsor you would like to work with, we may share your name with the sponsor you selected, to let them know that you indicated them as your preferred sponsor.

If you submit your resume for use in the Resume Book, you consent for the Queen's Marketing Association to release your full resume to sponsor companies of QMAC 2021.

By attending the online event site and linked Zoom calls, you consent to the Queen's Marketing Association collecting data on your usage of the services, including but not limited to: number of logins to the site, pages viewed on the site, Zoom calls attended, and time spent in Zoom calls. You agree to the Queen's Marketing Association using this data for analytics purposes to further refine future events. Additionally, you agree that the Queen's Marketing Association may release the list of attendees (including full name and email address) to any Zoom call, or visitors to any particular web page, to the sponsoring company, if requested.

The conference will use All in the Loop and Zoom technologies. Please review the privacy policies for these two services and ensure that you are in agreement with both policies.
