Mission
The Queen’s Marketing Association (QMA) exists to inspire and educate the next generation of marketing leaders.
Our team is committed to providing valuable resources and opportunities to undergraduate marketing students well beyond the Queen’s campus. We organize and execute the Queen’s Marketing Association Conference (QMAC), which is recognized as Canada’s largest undergraduate marketing conference. Hosted annually in Toronto, this three-day conference features a thought-provoking workshop series, dynamic speaker sessions, engaging digital content, and a leading national case competition.
In addition to QMAC, we host year-round events and workshops in both Toronto and Kingston, designed to empower students with industry insights, networking opportunities, and real-world marketing skills. We strive to create a community where students can explore their passions, build meaningful relationships, and gain professional development support.
“Thanks to QMAC, I was able to follow up in-person with Johnson & Johnson Brand Managers that I interviewed with over Skype. Building a strong in-person connection really made a difference. During final round interviews, members of the J&J Talent Acquisition and Brand team remembered me, which helped differentiate me from other candidates in the room. The relationships I developed at QMAC definitely set me up for success in the recruiting process. I was offered an Assistant Brand Manager Intern position for this summer at J&J! I am so grateful for all of the amazing opportunities QMAC provided – thank you again for hosting an amazing conference!”

Since 1986, QMA has meaningfully impacted thousands of Canadian marketers. We believe that connecting students to relevant marketing trends and thought leaders is our way of shaping the future of the industry. As we look ahead, we remain committed to raising the bar, exceeding expectations, and continuously innovating for our student community.
